The Gravity Filter
includes:
- Standard residential filter housings
- Two 1/4 turn brass valves
- 1 micron absolute filter element in the housing
- Bulkhead fitting to attach hose to a bucket
- 7' 6" of clear 1/2" PVC tubing
- All necessary fittings
- Wrench for filter housing
- Bottle of Alum
Spare parts included:
- Two spare elements (1 micron absolute)
- One spare o-ring for the filter housing
Parts you will need that are NOT included:
- Plastic buckets - you will need to drill a 3/4" hole near the
bottom of one bucket for the bulkhead fitting.
* Filtered water must
also be treated with chlorine bleach to meet CDC, EPA and National Park regulations.
